Please note, until you receive your new bill that contains both the Account ID Number and Customer ID Number, go to the following link https://selfservice.burlingtonnc.gov/mss/. Then click on the HELP button at the bottom of the page (circled in red in image below). This will give you the opportunity to send an email to the City to request your customer ID number. Please provide your service address in your email in order that we may provide the correct account ID number and customer ID number to you. We appreciate your patience during this transition.
