Online Utility and Tax Payments

****Currently, you may pay online using your credit card. WE are experiencing technical difficulties with the e-Check payment system. If you wish to pay by check, please send by mail or visit the municipal Annex building to pay in person****


We are excited to announce that the City is now offering a new method for viewing and paying water/sewer/solid/recycle bills on line.  If you have previously signed onto the City's website to pay your bills online, you will need to create a new username and password for this new website.  You may click on the link below for the new website.  Also below is a document of step-by-step instructions for setting up your username and password and paying your bill.

Please note, until you receive your new bill that contains both the Account ID Number and Customer ID Number, go to the following link  Then click on the HELP button at the bottom of the page (circled in red in image below).  This will give you the opportunity to send an email to the City to request your customer ID number.  Please provide your service address in your email in order that we may provide the correct account ID number and customer ID number to you.  We appreciate your patience during this transition.
