    Get Hiking! at Cedarock Park Grab a friend and get out for a hike in the woods! We will hike the 2.5 mile Rock Creek Loop. Expect natural surface trail (roots, rocks, etc.) over rolling terrain with a few steep hills. Wear comfortable walking shoes or boots. Bring a water bottle. Trekking poles recommended.     Intro to Kayaking This is a class for new or beginner paddlers to build confidence and skills on the water. Class will cover the basics of kayaking: water safety, fitting PFD and kayak, getting in/out of the boat, launching from shore, proper and efficient paddle strokes.
