Aquatics in Burlington
The Burlington Recreation and Parks Department has three pools, including the 300,000 gallon year-round Maynard Aquatic Center (MAC) with six 25-yard competition lanes, a toddler pool with a frog slide, and a zero entry ramp.

Camp Green Leaves, located at Lake Cammack, is open from June through August on a rental basis and is a great location for hosting large venue parties, such as family reunions and corporate parties. Participants have the privacy of a swimming pool, playground equipment, volleyball and basketball courts, and a large area for a picnic.

North Park Pool (NPP), located adjacent to the Mayco Bigelow Center, is the third aquatic facility in the Burlington aquatic family. It opens once school is out for summer vacation and closes when school begins in the fall.

The MAC is an outdoor facility from mid May through Labor Day weekend. A 114' by 202' bubble encloses the aquatic center during the fall and winter months, thus allowing year-round swimming in Burlington. With plenty of parking and ample deck space for birthday parties, etc., the MAC is the swimming facility with something for everyone. For more information, please call (336) 222-5043.
