20-134.4A Unlawful use of mobile telphone for text messaging or electronic mail.
December 1, 2009 House Bill 9 went into effect, making it unlawful to use a mobile telephone for e-mail or text messaging while operating a vehicle on a pubic street or highway or public vehicular area. For information on additional bills click this news link.
