image001.gif Crimestoppers is a program that involves the public, the media and the police in the fight against crime.  It offers anonymity and cash rewards to persons who furnish information leading the arrest of suspects.  Each week, facts about unsolved felony crimes are aired on radio, television and cablevision, printed in various newspapers and circulated to
various enforcement agencies throughout the area.  Citizens are asked to call Crimestoppers with any information regarding the crime.  All calls are kept in complete confidence.  Citizens supplying information leading to an arrest are eligible for a reward of up to $2,500.00.  The Crimestoppers Board determines the amount of the award.

The Burlington Police Department also has a Campus Crimestoppers Program designed to enable students a way to report crimes and remain anonymous.

The Burlington Police Department is seeking information on various crimes that have occurred in the City of Burlington.  If anyone with information on any of the crimes listed has information that may assist with the investigation, they are asked to contact Crimestoppers or the Burlington Police Department.  Persons with information may remain anonymous and all information is confidential.  Crimestoppers may pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest of person(s) involved.  Since it’s beginning, the Alamance County-Wide CRIME STOPPERS Program has paid in excess of $70,000.00 for information.

Listed below are some of the crimes for which Crimestoppers is seeking information:


November 2014

Detectives with the Graham Police Department are seeking information on several Breaking, Entering and Larcenies that occurred in the Greenway Park Subdivision between November 6th and November 7th. Approximately 30 vehicles were broken into overnight with numerous items taken from several of the vehicles. Two vehicles were stolen during the Breaking and Entering, one was recovered, a 2008 Honda Civic is still missing.


Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information on a Robbery that occurred at Wal-Mart located at 3141 Garden Rd at 12:06pm on November 12, 2014. Employees advised that the suspect walked to the customer and provided a note demanding money cashier gave the suspect and undetermined amount of money. Suspect fled on foot toward Garden Rd. Suspect is described as a B/M approximately 6’ between 30 and 40 years of age wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and sunglasses.


Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information on a 1st Degree Burglary/Armed Robbery/Kidnapping that occurred in the 600 block of North Ave. on October 17th. Victim stated that and unknown suspect kicked in her back door, threatened her with a handgun, and demanded money. Suspect to money from the victim and fled from the residence on foot. The victim was not injured. Suspect is described as a light skin black male in his late 20’s 6’with a thin build, light brown eyes and wearing a red hooded sweatshirt.

Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information on a Common Law Robbery that occurred at Brittany Apartments located at 706 Huffman Mill Rd on October 23th at 00:04am. Two victims stated they were forced out of a vehicle they were sitting in and were physically assaulted and had money taken from them. Witness stated the suspects fled on foot toward Huffman Mill Rd. First suspect were described as a B/M 20-22 years of age, red shirt, short hair, with a thin build. 5’7” to 5’9” Second suspect as a B/M 20-22 years of age, yellow shirt, med length dreads, thin build, 5’9’to 6’




October 2014


Detectives with the Graham Police Department are seeking information on an Armed Robbery occurred in the parking lot located at 921 S Main Street at 9:20pm on Sept 29th. Victim reported that he was approached by a B/M armed with a knife that demanded his wallet. Suspect is a B/M 6’ approximately 190 lbs with short black hair. Last seen wearing blue shirt, dark jeans, and dark shoes, and having a deep voice.


Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information on a Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon that occurred at Outlet Video News, located at 2223 Maple Ave on October 8th,2014 at 1:20am. Victim reported that a B/M dressed in all dark clothing armed with a small caliber handgun robbed the business. During the robbery, the suspect fired a single shot into the display case. Suspect is described as a B/M 5’10” 150-160 lbs. Suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction. The same individual is a suspect in an Attempted Robbery at Fairway One Stop on Chapel Hill Rd.


Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information on a Discharging Firearm into an Occupied Property that occurred on Sharpe Rd on September 14th,2014, at 1:10pm. Victim stated he was traveling south on Sharpe Rd in front on North Park when an individual driving behind him fired six shots with three of them hitting his vehicle. Victim could only advise that they were in a truck no other description.


Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information a Strong Arm Robbery that occurred in the 600 block of Huffman Mill Rd at 11:00 pm on September 29th 2014. The victim, a 38 year old Hispanic male, stated he was walking south on the 600 block of Huffman Mill Rd when he was robbed by two black males. He could give no other description. The victim sustained cuts and abrasions to his face and scalp as a result of the incident. He was treated and released from ARMC.


September 2014

Detectives with Alamance County Sheriff Office is seeking information on a Breaking, Entering and Larceny that occurred at Affordable Warehouse located at 813 West Center St. in Mebane at 8:36pm on August 25th. The suspect is believed to be either a heavy set white male, or light skin toned Black male. He was driving a late model S-10 Chevrolet or Mazda pick- up truck, color unknown. Along bed tandem wheel trailer was hitch to the truck. The suspect took 9 rolls of aluminum sheet metal, valued at $20,000.


Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information on an Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury that occurred on August 23th 2014 on the property of Club Infinity located at2437 Corporation Parkway at 1:48am. Police responded to Club Infinity in reference to gunshots being fired. Upon arrival officers located seven vehicles as well as multiple locations of the building that were struck by projectiles. One victim was struck in the shoulder by a projectile and was treated at ARMC for his injury. Witnesses described the suspects as two unknown B/M that left in a white late model Chevrolet Impala on Plantation Drive.



Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information on an Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon That occurred at Hardee located at 2756 Alamance Rd on Sept 6th 2014 at 7:02 am. Two suspects entered the business with handguns. Once inside they demanded money from the business and several customers in the dining room. No one was injured. The suspects were described as B/M, 20-39 years of age, with dark complexions. Both suspects were being approximately six feet tall and slender. Both suspects were wearing hooded shirts, baseball style hats and bandannas covering their faces. They left the area in a burgundy colored Dodge Durango SUV


Detectives with Mebane Police Department are seeking information on a series of Breaking and Entering that occurred in the Mebane business area. Suspect(s) appear to be using a large rock or brick to smash through the front door of the businesses. Suspect vehicle possibly a gold colored late 190’s to early 2000 Honda Accord. The following businesses have been broken into since July 24th. IT Express on Third St, Matteo Chiropratic on Fifth St, K Nails on Fifth St, and Fisherman Cove on Center St.



July 2014

Detectives with the Graham Police Department are seeking information on a B & E of a Motor Vehicle and Vehicle Fire that occurred on July 14th, 2014 at 3:55am at 648 S Main St. The vehicle a 1991 Ford Econoline van, which belongs to L&D Cleaning was completely destroyed as a result of the fire. Several thousands dollars worth of cleaning equipment was destroyed during the fire. A second vehicle , a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado was damaged due to the fire also.


Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information on an Attempted Burglary, Discharge a Firearm in the City Limits that occurred on July 14th, 2014 at 2:05am at 1009 Richmond Ave. Victim stated that he and his family was at home when two B/Ms and one W/F attempted to enter his residence through a front window. Victim stated he stepped onto the front porch and one of the individuals fired several shots. The three suspects then fled in a white smaller 4-door vehicle toward Shaw St.



Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information on an Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury with Intent to Kill that occurred on July 13th,2014 at 11:10pm located in the parking lot at 806 W Webb Ave. Officers located Noe Palacios Garcia a 22 year old , Hispanic male of Smith St suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. At approximately 12:03 am Martin Rodriguez a 37 year old, Hispanic male arrived at ARMC by private vehicle suffering from a single gunshot wound to his upper chest. Rodriguez reported that he was shot by a passing vehicle while in the 300 block of S. Ireland St.


Detectives with Burlington Police Department are seeking information on a Burglary that occurred in the 600 block of Lakeside Ave on June 8th,2014 at 9:38 pm. Victim stated that two B/m forced their way into his residence and demanded him to get on the floor. The suspects fired a shot from a handgun while in the residence and fled on foot. First suspect is described as a B/M in his mid 20’s, wearing blue jeans and a blue scarf over his face. Second suspect is described as a B/M in his 20’s wearing blue jeans, and a white scarf over his face. The victim was not injured during the incident.






JUNE 2014

Detectives with the Graham Police Department are seeking information on an Armed Robbery/ Home Invasion that occurred at 120 Albany St on May, 5th 2014 at 10:45 pm. Victim stated that two B/M entered his apartment armed with handguns demanding money. The victim and his family was home at the time. An undisclosed amount of money and two cell phones was taken. Suspect # 1 is described as a B/M approximately 5’7” 140lbs wearing a black fitted cap, white t-shirt and black pants. Suspect # 2 was a B/M approximately 6’ 160 lbs wearing a red t-shirt and black pants. One suspect had a chrome revolver and the other suspect had a small semi-automatic handgun.

Detectives with the Graham Police Department are seeking information on the location of Joel Lee McKlemurry. Mr. McKlemurry is wanted by the Graham Police Department for 9 counts of Indecent Liberties with a Child, 9 counts of Statutory Sex Offense with a Minor, Sexural Exploitation with a Minor, and Possession of Child Pornography. He is a W/M 55 yoa, 5’9”, weighing approximately 185 lbs. He has brown/grey hair and green eyes. Any information about his location is needed.


Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information on a Robbery that occurred at Carter Bank and Trust located at 1534 N Church St on June 6th, 2014 at 10:10 am. Employees of the business stated a B/M entered the business went to the counter, producing a note demanding money or someon would get hurt. The teller complied. Suspect fled from the business , getting on a bicycle and riding North on Cobb Ave toward Vaughn Rd. Suspect is described as a B/M 40-50 years of age, 5’7”-5’10” approximately 150-175 lbs. wearing a brown t-shirt, tan pants, white tennis shoes. He had a scruffy beard and short receding hair.

MAY 2014

Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information an Armed Robbery that occurred at 2008 S Mebane St Bldg 741 on May 5th 2014 at approximately 3:45pm.
Victim stated that she was sitting on the steps of the apartment when she was approached by two B/Ms. Victim stated one of the b/m produced a knife and demanded items she had in her pockets. The other b/m took items out of her pockets. Suspects were last seen running through the wood line between Trails Inn apartments and The Colony apartments. Both b/m described as being late teens to early 20’s in age both 6”, slender build.

Detectives with the Gibsonville Police Department are seeking information on an Armed Robbery that occurred on May 2nd 2014 at approximately 7:50am. Police responded to the Dollar General located at 600 Whitsett Ave. Victim stated he was in the process of making a bank deposit when he was confronted by a dark skinned B/M approximately 6”, slender build, wearing a black hoodie with a design, blue jeans, and brown boots. The b/m was armed with a handgun and fled on foot.


Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information on a larceny that occurred at Kay Jewelers located at 1007 Boston Drive on April 28th 2014 at 8:15pm. Victim stated that two B/Ms entered the store and ask to look at engagement rings. The suspect had victim pull out a 2 carat, 3 stone diamond ring, 14K white gold, value $5999.99. The suspects then left the store with the ring. Suspect #1 B/M 28-33 years old 601-603, 240-270 lbs dark skin, hair in small corn rows. 2nd suspect, B/M, 47-52 years old, 601-603, 180-200 lbs, dark skin.




APRIL 2014

Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information an Attempted Armed Robbery that occurred at Beyond Graphics located at 317 Trollinger St. at 5:04pm on March 3rd 2014. The victim stated that a B/M known as Paul Branch entered the business pulled out a shotgun and demanded money. Victim stated he walked toward Mr. Branch and suspect exited the business without getting any money.

Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information on a Breaking and Entering and Larceny that occurred at South Church Car Wash located at 2200 S. Church St. on April 4th, 2014. An unknown person(s) used what appeared to be a cutting torch to cut the rear potion of a Money Bill Changer from the car wash building. They also entered the office area of the building. An undetermined amount of money was taken from the money changer and a Stihl Back Pack Blower that was orange and black in color was stolen from the office.

Officers with the Burlington Police Traffic division are seeking information on a Hit and Run accident that occurred on the 700 block of Sellars Mill Rd at 9:03pm on April 9th, 2014. Victim was struck from behind while driving a scooter, the force of the impact ejected the victim from the scooter and caused the scooter to be drug underneath the vehicle. Suspect vehicle is described as a white early to mid ‘80’s box style Chevrolet





February 2014

Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information on two B&E and Larcenies that occurred on Dec 31th, 2013 between 0610hrs and 0643hrs. The first B&E occurred at the Verizon Wireless Store located at 626 Huffman Mill Rd. Two B/M exited a vehicle in the lot and threw an item threw a glass door. They entered the store and took 28 Lifeproof cell phone cases valued at $2,250.00. The second B&E occurred at the Sprint Store located at 1348 Java Ln. Two males dressed in similar fashion as from the Verizon store broke a window out entered the store, stole the cash drawer, then left the scene.


Detectives with the Graham Police Department are seeking information on Armed Robbery/ Home Invasion that occurred at 914 Oakley St on Feb 2, 2014 at 9:40am. Home owner came home and found two B/Ms in his residence. The subjects pointed a gun at the victim and ordered him to the floor. Once on the floor the suspects ordered money from the victim. The suspect then left with the money and an X-box game system. First suspect described as being a B/M early 20s, 5’5’, 200lbs. Suspect described as a B/M late teens to early 20s, 6’2”, 180lbs slender build. Suspect last seen leaving the area in a late 90s to early 2000 purple Ford Tarus.


Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information a First Degree Burglary, Robbery with a Dangerous weapon, and Assault with a Deadly Weapon that occurred at 310 Apple St on January 15, 2014 at 12:43am. Victim heard a knock at the door, as he approached the door, it was forced open. Two masked B/Ms entered armed with handguns. One suspect struck the victim in the head with the butt of the gun. Suspects left taking cash and electronics. Both suspects B/M 6’ slim build, in all black, armed with a silver handgun.


Detectives with Burlington Police Department are seeking information on a Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling at 227 Hatch St on January 13, 2014 at 10:09pm. On January 13, 2014 police responded to the 200 blk of Hatch St in reference to multiple gun shots. When officers arrived they discovered that 227 Hatch had been struck multiple times by gunfire. There were three adults occupants inside the home at the time. No one was injured.


Detectives with the Mebane Police Department are seeking information on an Armed robbery that occurred at Lowes Foods located at 1020 Mebane Oaks Rd on Dec 4th, 2013 at 7:07am. Victim stated that a B/M entered the store and demanded money. The suspect was caring a shaving kit that contained a hand gun. The suspect was seen driving away in a black Chevrolet Tahoe with the license covered. Suspect was a B/m wearing a black hoodie, black rimmed glasses.




December 2013

Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information on a Robbery with a Firearm that occurred at Dollar General on Dec. 1st,2013 on Ramada Rd. at 4:00pm. Victim stated that a B/M entered the store and ask if the hiring manager was present. Victim told them not and they left. Approximately 10 mins later the B/M re-entered the sore and had a black shaving kit in his hand. Suspect stated he had a gun in the bag and to open the drawer and give him all the money. The victim observed a black in color handgun in the shaving kit. Victim gave all the money in the cash drawer to the suspect. Suspect left the building last walking toward the K&W Cafeteria. Suspect described as a B/M 5’9” 170-185lbs wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and black pants.


Detectives with the Graham Police Department are seeking information on a Armed Robbery/ Home Invasion that occurred on Dec 5th, 2013 at 208 Travora St at 10:55pm. Victims had just entered their residence when three B/M forced their way through the back door and push them to the floor. All three suspects were armed with handguns and had their faces covered. Only personal items and a debit card was taken. All three suspects fled on foot.


Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information on a Robbery with a Firearm that occurred at Payless Shoe Source on Nov. 25th, 2013 at 12:44pm. Victim stated a B/M entered the business and ask for manager, victim stated that he was manager. Suspect then produced an open black bag with a handgun in it. The suspect told victim not to do anything stupid. Victim stated he gave him the money out of the cash drawer. The suspect then told victim to go to the back of the store and stay there. Suspect is described as: B/M 5’6”- 5’8” 170-180lbs wearing a black beanie, sunglasses, pull over sweater with blue jeans


Detectives with Mebane Police Department are seeking information on an Armed Robbery that occurred on Nov 22th, 2013 at the Food Lion located at 202 S. Fifth St. at 1:43pm. Suspect entered the business and walked to the service counter and demanded money. Suspect had a Carolina blue shaving kit that had a handgun inside of it that had black in color grips and a silver barrel. Suspect is described as a B/M dark sunglasses, mid 30”s to early 40’s. He had on a baseball cap and a dark hoodie.


Detectives with the Mebane Police Department are seeking information on an Armed robbery that occurred at Lowes Foods located at 1020 Mebane Oaks Rd on Dec 4th, 2013 at 7:07am. November 2013

Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information on a Robbery that occurred at Captain D’s located at 2555 Maple Ave on April 19th,2013 at 11:17pm. Victim stated that that two employees were closing the business when an unknown B/M entered the business armed with a black semi-automatic handgun and demanded cash. The B/M fled the scene in an unknown direction of travel after obtaining the money.


Detectives with Burlington Police Department are seeking information on a Robbery that occurred at 636 Audrey Ln on May 6th,2013 at 6:30pm. Victim reported that two B/M armed with a silver or chrome colored revolver and a long gun forced their way into his residence by kicking in the front door. Victim stated the B/M forced his cousin to the floor in the kitchen area and demanded to know where the money was at. The suspect exited the residence and got into a dark silver or grey Pontiac four door sedan driven by a third B/M. Like seen on Audrey Ln headed toward Broadview Dr.



Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information on a Larceny that occurred on Nov. 3rd,2013 at Nichols Dodge located at 988 Plantation Dr. Victim stated that will walking the lot on the morning of November 13, 2013 at 8:30am it was discovered that two new diesel trucks had been tampered with overnight. Both had the Diesel Particulate Filters stolen off of them. Total value for repairs and parts stolen is $15,146.10.


Detectives with the Graham Police Department are seeking information on Motor Vehicle Theft of Automobile that occurred in the area of Ivy Rd and Essex Ln on November 7th,2013. The vehicles had been rummaged through and items from the vehicle had been stolen including a sapphire and white gold bridal set. Finger prints were located inside one of the vehicle.



October 2013


Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information on a Burglary that occurred on Herman Blue Ct on Aug 13th, at 4:14 am. Victim stated that two subjects broke into her home and held her and her two daughters at gun point. Victim stated that the men entered though the back door and collected all three of the women’s phones. They kept asking the victim where the money was at. The men took the victims jewelry that she was wearing which was four gold bracelets; one of them had an elephant, one said mom, and one was a gold weave. Victim stated one of the suspects was a dark skinned B/M 5’9” between 180 to 200 lbs wearing all black with a black ski mask and black gloves. The other suspect was light skinned B/M approximately 5’8” wearing all black both suspects had handguns.

Detectives with Burlington Police Department are seeking information on an Armed Robbery that occurred at Angie’s Upscale Bargain Shop located at 822 S. Church St. on Sept 27,2013 at 2:57 pm. Victim stated that an unknown B/M entered the store the store with a firearm and demanded money from the clerk. Suspect was described as approximately 25-30 years of age, between 6’ and 6’2”, weighting in excess of 200 lbs with a solid build and dark complexion. Last seen wearing a navy blue windbreaker style jacket and blue jeans. Suspect last seen fleeing on foot into the downtown area.


Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information on a Larceny that occurred on Sept 16th,2013 at 1720 Old St. Marks Church Road. Victim stated that he had kept his Pace trailer at this location since November or 2011. He advised he had secured the tongue of the trailer with a Trimax bolt lock. Victim stated he returned on at approximately 5:00pm and discovered that the trailer had been stolen. The trailer stolen is a Pace single axle White in color Pace trailer with NC reg- BN51877.


Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information on an Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury that occurred on Sept 14th,2013 at 5:19hrs at 400 Williamson St Apt 3c. Victim stated he was walking home when two B/M jumped him at the entrance of his apartment complex on Williams St. Victim stated there were 4 suspects but only two jumped him. Victim was stabbed in the chest. Victim stated that one of the B/M was 5’10” thin built with dreads another one had short hair approximately 5’8 husky built wearing a grey tank top and jeans and that at third B/M had short dreads, thin built wearing a white tank top and red basketball shorts



August 2013


Detectives with the Graham Police Department are seeking information on an Armed Robbery that occurred at the Amoco Food Store located at 924 Harden St on July 20th, 2013 at 1:15am. An unknown B/M armed with a handgun entered the business and demanded money from the clerk. The suspect opened the security petition at the counter to get to the clerk. The suspect left the business on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. Suspect is described as a B/M average height and build, wearing a black mask and gloves , a gray hooded shirt and blue jeans.

Detectives with Burlington Police Department are seeking information on a shooting that occurred at 778 S. Graham Hopedale Rd. on July 25th, 2013 at 2:38am. Victim was located and had suffered a gunshot wound to his left hip and right leg. The suspect is described as a B/M, approximately 25 years of age, with dreads, wearing a white or yellow shirt.

Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information on an Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury, that occurred at 533 Ross St. at 6:38pm on July 2nd, 2013. The victim a B/M had been struck with a metal chair several times in the head. The assault had occurred at a large party in the 500 block of Ross St. Suspect is described as a B/M, approximately 44-45 years of age, short with a thin build, wearing a white shirt and blue pants.

Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information on a Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon and Assault that occurred at 1309 Rauhut St, the location of Ken’s Quickie Mart on July 27, 2013 at 11:46pm. Victims stated that three (3) B/M entered the business armed with handguns and force two store employees and one customer down to the floor. The three suspects then took money and merchandise and fled the business. Suspects were last seen traveling North on Morgantown Rd. All three suspects had on had on hoodies and had their faces covered.



July 2013

Detectives with the Graham Police Department are seeking information on an Armed Robbery that occurred at the Kangaroo Express located at 1013 S. Main St. at 11:41pm on July 4th 2013. Employees stated that two B/Ms entered the store with their faces concealed with a piece of clothing and demanded money. One B/M described as being in his mid 20’s 5’6” weighting approx.. 160 lbs. He was wearing blue jeans with a design on the rear pockets, a dark t-shirt and white tennis shoes. The second B/M was described as being approx.6’2” 240lbs, wearing dark colored pants, a long sleeve shirt under a dark colored short sleeve shirt, white shoes. Suspect was armed with an unknown style handgun. Suspects were last seen getting into a silver or white four door sedan, possibly a Chevrolet traveling west on Florence St. toward Lorraine St.

Detectives with Burlington Police Department are seeking information on a Home Invasion that occurred on June 27th,2013 on 835 Day St at 10:06 hrs. Victims stated that two B/M suspects robbed 8 individuals in the residence at gun point of several cell phones and $4000.00 in cash. The suspects fled the area in a light colored 4 door older vehicle with a B/M driver.

Detectives with the Alamance County Sheriff’s Department are seeking information on a Breaking and Entering and Larceny that occurred on June 6th,2013 at the Purple Peddler located at 4833 Hwy 87 South Graham, NC at 10:44hrs. Three subjects broke the glass out of the front door and entered. The first suspect is a B/M wearing a dark hoodie, dark jeans and caring a trash bag. The second suspect is a W/M approx. 5’ to 5’ 4” wearing a dark hoodie, dark jeans dark pants. The third suspect is a W/M tall wearing a dark ball cap, dark t-shirt with white trim around the neck and sleeves. All three suspects stole items from the store and left within a couple of mins.

Detectives with the Elon Police Department are seeking information about a Home Invasion that occurred on June 16th, 2013 at 4:07am at a residence on the 200blk of Neal St. The victim reported that two armed males entered the residence and held them at gunpoint. First suspect is a B/M 28-30 years old, approx.. 6’2”, 175lbs. dark skin, shoulder length dreadlocks, wearing a black shirt, light jeans with grey and teal Nike Air Max shoes. Second suspect is a B/M early 30’s 5’6-5’8”, stocky build, light skinned, wearing a green polo shirt, light jeans, and a tan hat. At least one other person was outside waiting in the vehicle. Vehicle is possibility a 90’s Honda Accord or a Mazda 626, white in color with black molding and after-market chrome wheels.

Detectives with the Burlington Police Department are seeking information on a Breaking, Entering, and Larceny that occurred at Jason’s Jewelry located at 1205 University Dr. on March 16, 2013 at 2:36 am. Suspect threw a large brick through the front glass door to make entry. Once inside suspect smash the glass out of four jewelry cases and stole items. Approximately 30 pieces of jewelry was stolen, mostly sterling silver rings, necklaces, and bracelets were taken. Police arrived within 3-4 minutes of receiving the alarm and did not see any vehicles leaving the area.




June 2013

Detectives with the Graham Police Department are seeking information on an Armed Robbery that occurred at KC Quickie Mart located at 312 Providence Rd on May 16th, 2013 at 11:37pm. The suspect entered the store and held a customer who was in the store in front of the counter while pointing a black revolver with wooden handle at the clerk. The suspect left the area on foot towards Washington St. A witness saw the suspect get into a s light colored minivan about a block away. The minivan had right front passenger side damage and the emblem on the front grill appeared to be an Oldsmobile. Suspect description is B/M approximately 5’8’ to 5’1o” slim to medium built, light brown skin, dark and dark jeans, Nike sneakers all white with an orange emblem.

Detectives with Burlington Police Department are seeking information on an Armed Robbery that occurred at Wilco located at 1407 Maple Ave. on April 23th, 2013 at 10:43pm. Clerk reported that two B/M entered the business and one of them had a firearm. Suspects demanded money and was last seen running away behind the business. Suspects are described as follows: First suspect: B/M with black jacket with silver strip, gray athletic pants gray shoes with a black cloth covering face. Suspect number two is a B/M with light or gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and black shoes.


Detectives with the Alamance County Sheriff’s Department are seeking information on an Armed Robbery at Ray’s Quick Stop located at 7610 S NC Hwy 87, Graham. The robbery occurred on May 1st,2013 at 8:47pm. The victim stated that a B/M wearing a black mask and armed with a handgun robbed the store. The suspect was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt underneath a white sweatshirt, blue jeans, black and white tennis shoes, and black gloves. Suspect is between 5’8” and 6’ in height with a stocky build. Suspect was last seen on foot headed east on Greensboro-Chapel Hill Rd.


Detectives with the Alamance Country Sheriff’s Department are seeking information on an Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury that occurred on May 5th,2013 at 4825 Union Ridge Road. Victim stated confronted three (3) suspects allegedly attempting to break into one of his vehicles. Upon seeing the victim, it was reported that the suspects fled in a white Chevrolet pickup truck. One of the suspects fired a weapon at the victim striking him in the leg. Suspects are described as being Hispanic males.
